Nancy holds a Master of Science degree in Educational
Psychology with an emphasis in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Management from CardinalStritchUniversity. She joined the Aurora
EAP as an Account Executive in 2007, and has also worked in other EAP positions where she provided assessments, training and
management of company accounts. She also has experience in mental health counseling and outplacement.
